Do I need technical knowledge?
No technical knowledge is required for the basics. Run checklists directly in the web app, and add target-page conditions only when you use the Chrome extension and need them.
Is the Chrome extension required?
No. You can run checklists entirely in the web app.
Can I use it for stores or facilities without a target web page?
Yes. You can run checklists directly in the SECTION 802 web app, so the work does not need a target web page.
Can I use SECTION 802 by myself?
Personal is for one person and keeps your workflows and history private.
Can I share within a team?
Team lets you share with everyone or selected members and assign Owner, Admin, and Member roles.
Is my data deleted when the trial ends?
Not immediately. The workspace becomes view only, so you can review and export history or upgrade.
Can I see who ran a checklist?
Yes. History shows the person, time, answers, and whether it ran in the web app or Chrome extension. Chrome-extension runs also record the target URL.
Can more than 30 people use SECTION 802?
